This DVD is a record of MIYAVI "SLAP THE WORLD TOUR 2014". Up until this tour, calling himself SAMURAI GUITARIST, he has done 3 successful world tours with more than 200 shows in more than 30 countries, dazzling audiences with his guitar along the way. In 2013, he made a world debut with the album "MIYAVI". The album focused on vocals with strong messages, and we can say that this is his "second 'debut album' ". On Feb 22nd, MIYAVI teamed up with the drummer, BOBO, and embarked on "SLAP THE WORLD TOUR 2014". Traveling through Asia, Europe, and North America, ultimately doing 40 shows in 14 countries, this world tour has been the toughest one of his career and the most fulfilling. He had a pseudo- break in between Germany and Mexico, during which he went to LA to do post-recording for the film "Unbroken". Having traveled the world for 4 months with a nonstop schedule, MIYAVI finally wrapped up his tour at home in Tokyo on June 15th.
